The ICT for all Exhibition is open to both accredited participants of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) and all professional members of the public interested in Information and Communication Technologies. By exhibiting your solutions in the exhibition, you will attract the world's top decision-makers interested in ICTs. All exhibits must relate to the priority themes of the ICT 4 all Exhibition and are located in 4 themed areas:

  • e-solution Quarter
  • Inclusive Access Quarter
  • Development and Partnership Quarter
  • Research and Innovation Quarter

Stand location

It is possible to indicate your preferred Quarter on the registration form. We do however reserve the right to position your stand in line with the interest of the event. Your position and size of stand are confirmed upon payment of the first invoice only.

Exhibitor's Manual

Each participant will receive the Exhibitor's Manual at a later stage, once the project has been accepted and upon payment of the first invoice: this is an essential handbook with information on how to book a modular stand, all the necessary technical instructions, contacts and other useful information!

Rental conditions

Exhibitors are required to pay a price per m2 for the use of the surface. In order to maintain a balanced and representative exhibition, bare surface fees vary according to sector and country.

It is possible to have an individual stand or a shared pavilion. An individual stand is for an individual organisation or company. A pavilion is a collective stand with a conglomeration of companies or organisations showcasing under one common roof.

There are three possibilities for building your stand:

Renting a modular stand

We offer two different modular stand types (pictures are indicative only). Modular stands can be rented through the Exhibitor Manual, available to exhibitors after full registration.

Furniture, stands up to 17 m2:

1 cabin 1 m2 closed with a curtain, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 table for PC, 1 coat-rack, 1 brochure rack, 1 ashtray, 1 waste paper basket, mottled grey carpet (3985).

Furniture, stands from 18 m2:

1 cabin 1 m2 closed with a curtain, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 coffee table, 2 armchairs, 2 tables for PC, 1 coat-rack, 1 brochure rack, 1 ashtray, 1 waste paper basket, mottled grey carpet (3985).

Electricity:

Per 12m2: 1 single phase box 2kw, 1 plug, 1 "4 spotlights rack"

Internet:

Stands up to 49.9m2: 1 access line 128 kb/s
Stands from 50m2 to 199.9m2: 1 access line 384 kb/s
Stands over 200m2: 1 access line 512 kb/s

Telephone/Fax connection:

Each stands will be equipped with one telephone or fax line, included in the surface fee.

Renting a pavilion

A pavilion is a collective stand with a conglomeration of companies or organisations showcasing under one common roof. All pavilions require a contact person to take responsibility for co-ordinating and organising the stand. Prices for pavilions vary depending on your individual requirements. Pavilions can be rented through the Exhibitor Manual, available to exhibitors after full registration. Co-Exhibitors accepted by the Organiser will be charged a fee of CHF 500.00 (All taxes included) each in addition to the surface fee, which will be invoiced to the pavilion Co-ordinator.

100m2 pavilions facilities include:

1 cabin 1x3m closed with a curtain, 1 conference room 2.5x3m closed with a door, 9 shelves, 2 round tables, 12 chairs, 1 conference table, 9 bar chairs, 9 bars or tables for PC, 3 coat-racks, 1 ashtray, 6 waste paper baskets, mottled grey carpet (3985).

Electricity:

Per 12m2: 1 single phase box 2kw, 1 plug, 1 "4 spotlights rack"

Building your own stand or pavilion

It is also possible to build your own stand or pavilion. If this is the case, the fee for the surface must be paid only. Please consult the exhibitors manual (available online soon) concerning design and construction regulations before designing your stand.

Double floor stands will be charged an additional fee of 50% of the bare surface fees (All taxes included).
