The ICT 4 all Exhibition is organised under the general direction of the World Summit on the Information Society Organisation Committee (COSMSI), based in Tunis,Tunisia.

COSMSI is working in close collaboration with Otto Frei AG, the Swiss company who was responsible for the logistical operations of the ICT4D Platform (Information and Communication Technologies for Development) in Geneva, 2003.
