If you have a project relating to the themes of the event and ICT for all, you can register to apply for a stand. It is possible to register for the following:

We urge you to fully register as soon as possible, the sooner you book, the sooner we can start assessing your projects and the sooner we can confirm your application!

Exhibit in an individual company or organisation stand

It is possible to rent space to build a stand to showcase solutions from your company or organisation. Each company or organisation must present at least one project per 20 m2 of stand space rented on a maximum area of 100m2. Sponsors are permitted to have larger stands. Visit the sponsoring website for more information about being a sponsor.

Registration procedure for an individual stand

Step 1:
All participants are required to submit the following information to fully register online. We suggest for you to prepare this information in advance, in order to speed up your registration process:

  • Company or organisation contact details
  • Company or organisation description (max 500 characters)
  • Description of each individual project proposed to be presented (max 1'500 characters per project)

Step 2:
Following step 1, each participant will be sent an e-mail with the following information:

  • An individual registration number (this number can be used to register for a workshop)
  • The registration document (PDF) containing personal registration information

Participants are then required to do the following:

  • Print, sign and fax the registration document (PDF) to Otto Frei AG
    Fax: +41 31 311 35 67

Step 3:
You will then be informed at a later stage about the acceptance of your project and receive further information.

Organise a pavilion

A pavilion is a collective stand with a conglomeration of companies or organisations showcasing under one common roof. These can also be companies and organisations from one country to make a "country pavilion".

All pavilions require a pavilion co-ordinator to take responsibility for co-ordinating and organising the stand. Prices for pavilions vary depending on your individual requirements.

Registration procedure for a pavilion

Step 1:
The pavilion co-ordinator must:

  • Fill in the registration form online, submitting an outline of the overall pavilion concept (max 1'000 characters)

Step 2:
Following step 1, each pavilion co-ordinator will be sent an e-mail with the following information:

  • A pavilion registration number
  • The registration document (PDF) containing pavilion registration information

Pavilion co-ordinators are then required to do the following:

  • Print, sign and fax the registration document (PDF) to Otto Frei AG
    Fax: +41 31 311 35 67

Your pavilion will be assessed upon receipt of this registration document (PDF). You will then be informed at a later stage about the acceptance of your project.

Step 3:
Inform co-exhibitors of the "pavilion registration number" sent via e-mail (Step 2). Co-exhibitors and main exhibitor's with projects need to pre-prepare the following information ready to copy and paste into the form:

  • Company or organisation contact details
  • Company/organisation description (max 500 characters)
  • Description of each individual project proposed to be presented (max 1'500 characters)

This information will then be printed in the ICT 4 all Exhibition catalogue.

Co-exhibit in a pavilion

A pavilion is a collective stand with a conglomeration of companies or organisations showcasing under one common roof. These can also be companies and organisations from one country to make a "country pavilion".

All pavilions require a 'pavilion Co-ordinator' to take responsibility for co-ordinating and organising the pavilion. A Co-exhibitor is a single company or organisation organising an exhibit within a pavilion.

Registration procedure for Co-exhibitors in a pavilion

Step 1:
Each Co-exhibitor will be sent an e-mail from the pavilion Co-ordinator, with the following information:

  • A pavilion registration number: Co-exhibitors must register projects under this pavilion number

Step 2:
All Co-exhibitors are required to submit the following information using the 'pavilion registration number', to fully register online. We suggest for you to prepare this information in advance, in order to speed up your registration process:

  • Company or organisation contact details
  • Company or organisation description (max. 500 characters)
  • Description of each individual project proposed to be presented (max. 1'500 characters per project)

Step 3:
Following step 2, each Co-exhibitor will be sent an e-mail with the following information:

  • An individual registration number: This is a separate number to the pavilion registration number and must be used to register for a workshop
  • A 'registration document' (PDF) containing your personal registration information

Step 4:
The pavilion Co-ordinator will inform you regarding acceptance of the pavilion concept and with further information about the design and building of the pavilion.
